Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be approved in advance by our support team.

Note: Due to the size and weight of most skid steer attachments, unauthorized returns or freight collect shipments will not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

  • Attachments that have been used, mounted, or show signs of wear
  • Custom-built or modified attachments
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Hydraulic components that have been installed or used

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for return
  • Photos of the item (if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect)

After we review your request, we’ll send you a  detailed return instructions.

Important: Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder within 1–2 business days for our response. Our reply might end up in your spam folder depending on your email settings.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrectly shipped. For exchange requests, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not yet been shipped are eligible for cancellation upon request. In such cases, we will refund the full amount received by our store through the payment platform. Please note that transaction fees charged by PayPal or other payment service providers are non-refundable, as these fees are retained by the platforms and not returned to our store.
